Design and synthesize small molecules and novel chemical building blocks to support drug discovery and structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies;

Conduct process research and assist in optimizing reaction conditions to improve yield, selectivity, and reproducibility for APIs and intermediates;

Scale up synthetic procedures from milligram to multi-gram quantities, addressing safety, reproducibility, and process control;

Utilize standard analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, LC/MS, IR, NMR) to characterize compounds and ensure quality control;

Maintain accurate experimental records and prepare reports documenting synthetic routes, optimization studies, and analytical results;

Support multiple research projects concurrently, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
